At Zyvanea, we aim to ensure a transparent and fair return process. Please read the policy carefully before placing your order.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns or exchanges only in the following cases:
Damaged or Defective Products
If the item arrives broken or unusable.
Incorrect Product
If you received an item different from what you ordered.
Please Note: For hygiene and safety reasons in beauty and cosmetics, we do not accept returns or exchanges for "Change of Mind" or customer dissatisfaction with color/scent once the product seal is broken.
To be eligible for a return:
- The return request must be raised within 14 days from the date of delivery.
- The product must be unused, in its original packaging, with all seals, accessories, and invoices intact.
- Proof of Damage: A clear photo or an unboxing video showing the issue is mandatory for approval.
Return Shipping & Fees
Restocking Fees
There are no restocking fees for any authorized returns.
Shipping Costs
Zyvanea will bear the return shipping costs for approved damaged or incorrect products. For any other authorized returns, the customer may be responsible for shipping charges.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected:
Method
Refunds are processed to the original payment method. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer.
Timeline
Refunds are typically completed within 5–7 business days after the returned product is inspected and approved.
Shipping Charges
Original shipping charges are refundable only if the return is due to our error (damaged/incorrect item).
Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
- Once the order has been handed over to our courier partner, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
